1 Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cp44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the cp44 website (https://cp44.cam) and any related services, you give your full consent to these Terms.

2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• You must register under your own name and with accurate information.

• cp44 employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate on this platform.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your cp44 account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Multiple Accounts

Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited. If cp44 detects multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses across those accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is advisable to complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at cp44 is ৳500. We accept the following payment methods:

All deposit transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Deposits through third parties are not permitted — only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name will be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. To make a withdrawal:

• Account verification must be completed.
• At least one successful deposit transaction must be on record.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Withdrawals may be held if an active bonus wagering requirement is still in progress.

4.3 Currency

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you may withdraw after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may be claimed once only.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• cp44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only after wagering has been completed.
• If a bonus is not used within 30 days of being received, it will expire.

5.3 VIP Program

cp44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. cp44 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated scripts.
• Placing bets in collusion with other members.
• Abuse of or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Exploiting system errors for personal gain.
• Threatening or harassing behaviour.

If such activities are detected, cp44 may immediately suspend the account and forfeit all winnings.

6.2 Game Integrity

These Terms form the entire agreement between cp44 and the member and replace all previous oral or written agreements.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative text. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, cp44's interpretation shall be considered final.
